According to the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), Sleep is really important for a person’s health and happiness, but it has been frequently noticed that millions of people are not taking enough sleep and suffering from Insomnia.
In fact, surveys conducted by the NSF reveal that an average person spends for 26 years of his life asleep.
